City hall wedding in Manhattan New York. Started the mini wedding at the New York city hall and for the couple shoot we did photos in the subways, at their favorite book store, took photos at Joe's Pizza and ended the photoshoot with a beer! I mean, could it be more fun? All easy and natural!

Een bruiloft in Corona-tijd, dat zorgt niet voor de meest uitbundige bruiloften helaas. Maar de bruiloft van Kim en Mark daarentegen was er één om in te lijsten!Ze kozen voor een locatie in Duitsland, net over de grens bij Nijmegen in het plaatsje Goch. Daar vind je klooster Graefenthal. Op deze locatie is kim tijdens een festival ten huwelijk gevraagd door Mark, dus een betere plek om te trouwen

Wauw, het jaar 2019 mogen afsluiten met een ‘destination wedding’ in Florida. En wat voor een bruiloft was dit weer! Volgens mij heb ik de hele bruiloft met een grote glimlach op mijn gezicht geschoten. Caitlin en Rogier wonen in Atlanta en het is voor hen een ‘kort’ ritje (5 uur) naar het strand van Florida. Seaside was de plek voor een te gekke bruiloft met gegarandeerd prachtig weer, normaal gezien...

Erg blij was ik toen Kim en Jeff mij de vraag stelde om hun bruiloft vast te leggen. Nog blijer was ik toen ik hoorde dat ze in Italië gingen trouwen! Na de bruiloft van haar zus Sanne wist ik gewoon dat dit weekend te gek ging worden!

Antwerpen, het blijft iets speciaals voor mij. Elke keer als ik hier kom herleven oude herinneringen uit de tijd dat ik hier woonde. Ondanks mijn Nederlandse roots voelt Antwerpen als thuis..

Elk jaar neem ik mijzelf voor om eens een workshop te doen, maar steeds komt het er niet van om wat voor reden dan ook. Of ik heb het te druk, of ik kan het thuis niet combineren met 2 kids, bla bla bla.

Wel had ik al gehoord van “The Wolves Workshop” en na het bekijken van de promo film dacht ik, mwah niks voor mij al dat geknuffel en gehuil van fotografen daar ben ik iets te nuchter voor. Toch op aandringen van Gaby Jongenelen (collega fotograaf, check haar out!) heb ik me toch maar laten overhalen en ik heb er absoluut geen spijt van gehad!
